Growing up has never been easy.

With so many societal and mental health challenges affecting a child’s well-being, navigating the years of puberty and beyond is often a confusing, tumultuous time.

Today’s youth are constantly bombarded with misinformation about sexual health, puberty, and romantic relationships from peers, social media, entertainment, and even family members – further evidence that comprehensive, fact-based health education is needed now more than ever.

Who We Help

LifeSmart Youth’s Health Educators deliver more than 42,000 instructional hours of programming each year to nearly 17,000 youth (grades K–12) in 78 schools and summer camps.† These students often represent Indiana’s most vulnerable youth based on their geographic location, socio-economic level, race/ ethnicity, and health risk factors.

We start the important conversations.

Whether the topic is puberty, sex, bullying, or dating, it can be difficult to get through to kids and help them understand their changing bodies and how their current decisions can affect their future selves.

LifeSmart Youth has developed several programs that engage students on these very subjects, tackling the questions that are the most difficult to answer and the issues that are the most awkward to broach.

Our Programming Promises:

We will have a school staff member present for the entire presentation.
